This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Serves as the main HR partner for senior leadership, offering strategic insights and people-centric solutions to achieve business goals.
• Oversees the execution of workforce strategies encompassing organizational design, talent management, succession planning, engagement, and workforce planning.
• Analyzes people data to uncover trends (such as engagement, turnover, and capability) and initiates actions that enhance workforce performance.
• Mentors and empowers leaders to manage their teams effectively, providing assistance for performance discussions and leadership development.
• Aids in fostering a values-driven, high-performance culture through accountability, ongoing feedback, and effective people management.
• Recognizes skill deficiencies and capability risks, collaborating with the Talent Development team to implement targeted initiatives and enhance leadership skills.
• Directs the people agenda for transformative programs including restructures, integrations, divestments, and organizational redesign.
• Converts Your Voice feedback into concrete, actionable plans, promoting significant enhancements in engagement.
• Identifies essential roles and top talent, ensuring succession plans and talent development pathways are established and executed.
• Collaborates with Talent Development and senior leaders to create cross-departmental pipelines and future-ready capabilities.
• Works with the Colleague Relations (ER) team to guarantee consistent, fair, and compliant management of employee relations issues.
• Engages closely with CoE teams (such as Talent Development, People Operations, and Colleague Relations) to design and provide customized people solutions.
• A seasoned HR Business Partner or equivalent strategic HR role within a multi-site organization.
• Strong business insight and the ability to connect people priorities with organizational outcomes.
• Exceptional skills in stakeholder management, communication, and influencing.
• Proven experience in change management, workforce planning, and organizational development.
• Comfortable operating within a center-led HR model supported by CoEs and CR.
• Familiarity with both employed and self-employed models.
• Solid grasp of UK&I employment law and people-related risks (with assistance from ER specialists).
