This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.

📋 Description

• Conduct regular one-on-one meetings with BAs to monitor progress, identify obstacles, and assist in goal-setting.

• Gather and interpret client feedback to formulate specific individual development actions.

• Create development plans and ensure their effective implementation.

• Recognize early indicators of performance or motivation challenges and provide structured coaching rather than merely escalating issues.

• Record key insights, status updates, and performance patterns in our internal systems.

• Facilitate onboarding processes and assist new BAs in integrating more swiftly.

• Participate in internal improvement initiatives such as workshops, knowledge base updates, and process enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in HR partnership, people development, coaching, or talent management within a startup, accelerator, or rapidly evolving environment.

• Proven experience in mentoring individuals navigating the realities of early-stage companies, with an understanding of team dynamics and performance requirements.

• Skilled in delivering difficult performance feedback while maintaining a professional demeanor.

• Ability to discern between individuals who require guidance and those who need support, adjusting your approach accordingly.

• Comfortable operating in environments where processes may not be fully defined; adept at creating structure as needed.

• Organized enough to maintain thorough documentation and focus on essential tasks without getting overwhelmed by administrative duties.

• Proficient in written and spoken English (B2+ level).

• Familiarity with tools such as Notion, Airtable, Claude, and Google Workspace.
