This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Sweden.
• Oversee the complete recruitment process — from initial intake and interviews to offers and onboarding.
• Take charge of People Operations encompassing all aspects: contracts, payroll, benefits, compliance, GDPR, and intricate HR inquiries.
• Administer and enhance HR systems, digital workflows, and the employee intranet.
• Lead initiatives aimed at enhancing Employee Experience — including engagement surveys, cultural programs, and lifecycle improvements — for all employees.
• Serve as a trusted People advisor throughout the organization, engaging with everyone from individual contributors to leadership.
• Minimum of 5 years in People Operations with comprehensive ownership of core HR processes.
• Demonstrated experience in recruitment, including structured interviews and collaboration with hiring managers.
• Highly organized and results-driven — adept at managing multiple projects simultaneously while ensuring progress is maintained.
• Experience in refining People processes and workflows within a growing organization.
• Practical knowledge of HRIS tools and digital workflows (e.g., Personio, Lattice).
• A genuine interest in AI and technology — actively seeking ways to leverage tools and automation to enhance People Operations, making them more efficient and human-centric.
• Familiarity with GDPR, compliance, and workplace obligations.
• Ability to work independently and quickly adapt to a fixed-term role.
