This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
⢠System Administration: Oversee and maintain our primary HR systems (e.g., HRIS, performance management platforms, onboarding tools, etc.).
⢠Data Integrity & Reporting: Ensure the accuracy, confidentiality, and integrity of employee data.
⢠Automation & Workflow Optimization: Identify manual processes and proactively create scalable solutions through automation and integrations across various tools, translating complex business requirements into efficient, repeatable processes.
⢠Employee Lifecycle Administration: Manage key employment changesāsuch as new hires, terminations, promotions, and transfersāensuring timely and accurate updates across People systems and with cross-functional stakeholders.
⢠US Immigration Administration: Act as the primary contact for US visa processes, including H-1B transfers, PERM applications, and other employment-based immigration filings, collaborating closely with external and internal counsel and cross-functional stakeholders to ensure timely and compliant execution.
⢠Policy & Documentation Ownership: Keep People policies, process documentation, and system configurations current to ensure accuracy and accessibility. Serve as a daily resource for inquiries and troubleshooting related to People systems within our HR tech stack.
⢠Compliance & Audits: Ensure system configurations and data adhere to compliance standards (e.g., I-9s, security and compensation audits, employment verifications). Lead the data gathering and documentation support for audits.
⢠Teammate Experience: Provide support to employees through our ticketing system, addressing inquiries and resolving issues regarding HR systems, data updates, and process flows with clarity and care.
⢠2-3 years of People Operations experience in a rapidly growing, fast-paced environment.
⢠Strong interest in HR systems, data, and operations, with prior experience in HRIS or similar systems (e.g., HiBob, Workday, Ashby, Culture Amp, etc.).
⢠Exceptional attention to detail and a strong commitment to data integrity.
⢠Capability to create scalable systems and automate repetitive processes using tools and integrations.
⢠Ability to navigate ambiguity and shifting priorities with a proactive approachāproviding structure and clarity to situations that lack predefined solutions.
⢠Comfortable handling sensitive information with a high level of discretion and confidentiality.
⢠Strong problem-solving abilities, operational rigor, and project management skills.
⢠Clear and effective written and verbal communication skillsāable to collaborate across teams.
⢠Experience or willingness to engage with AI technologies.
⢠Proficient with G-Suite, Slack, Zoom, and a general aptitude for quickly learning new software.
⢠Must be authorized to work in the U.S. without requiring current or future employer sponsorship.
