This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Assist in the recruitment operations and coordination.
• Provide innovative ideas and suggest enhancements.
• Stay updated with the latest tools and technologies.
• Oversee and maintain the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
• Manage the onboarding process for new hires.
• Coordinate logistics for company operations.
• Develop reporting metrics.
• Facilitate internal communications.
• Enhance and maintain the employer brand.
• A minimum of 2 years of experience in People Operations, HR, or as an HR/Recruiting Coordinator, preferably in a remote-first or distributed setting.
• Proficient in managing scheduling logistics and coordinating with various stakeholders while keeping candidates and hiring teams well-informed and organized.
• Highly organized with a keen attention to detail.
• Able to balance tactical execution and light project management without losing focus on either aspect.
• Familiarity with modern HRIS; experience with Rippling is a significant advantage.
• A clear and personable communicator capable of interacting effectively at all levels of the organization.
