This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take charge of the complete preboarding and onboarding process for new providers: including post-offer communications, document collection, checklist tracking, system setup coordination, Notion onboarding projects, and welcome meetings.

• Oversee provider offboarding workflows: ensuring documentation closure, removal of system access, and coordination with Finance, Legal, and Clinical Operations.

• Develop and sustain HR operational reports on provider lifecycle metrics (such as time-to-onboard, completion rates, offboarding timelines, and document status) to aid decision-making by the Operations Manager.

• Track referral bonus eligibility for newly onboarded providers.

• Ensure data accuracy and consistency across HR systems (BambooHR, Notion, Justworks, and internal provider databases) throughout the employment lifecycle.

• Recognize recurring manual tasks in provider lifecycle workflows, assist in automation initiatives, and document processes and SOPs as workflows develop.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 2 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or a generalist role with a robust operational focus.

• Demonstrated experience managing multiple high-volume onboarding and offboarding cases concurrently, ensuring reliable, timely closure with no missed steps.

• Familiarity with HRIS systems (BambooHR is a significant advantage) and a disciplined approach to data hygiene across various tools.

• Proficient in Notion: including task management, databases, and automation.

• Strong analytical abilities: capable of creating structured reports and dashboards, as well as identifying patterns and anomalies in operational data.

• Exceptionally organized and detail-oriented: accuracy in documentation and checklists is essential for this role.

• Excellent cross-functional communication skills: able to promptly identify blockers and create clear handoffs with Finance, Legal, and Clinical Operations.

• Advanced proficiency in English (C1+) for written and spoken communication with US-based providers and stakeholders, alongside fluency in Russian.

• Willingness to work from 2 PM to 10 PM CET.
