This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee internal tools, accounts, documents, calendars, hiring systems, and team workflows.
• Maintain organized and current employee, contractor, HR, payroll, leave, and policy records.
• Facilitate onboarding and offboarding processes, including documentation, tool access, introductions, training resources, and access termination.
• Develop and maintain straightforward documentation, checklists, standard operating procedures (SOPs), onboarding materials, and internal process notes.
• Manage access to tools across Google Workspace, Slack, Notion, Airtable, GitHub, Figma, HubSpot, Stripe, password managers, AI applications, and other software.
• Assist team members, candidates, founders, and external partners with scheduling, follow-ups, administrative tasks, and coordination.
• Utilize AI tools to draft documents, summarize information, create templates, and enhance recurring workflows.
• Remain adaptable and take on additional responsibilities as the role and company requirements evolve.
• Highly intelligent and quick to learn.

• Strong attention to detail.
• Rapid learner capable of working independently.
• Comfortable with software tools and quick to adapt to new systems.
• Familiarity with AI tools, or a strong desire to excel in their use.

• Team-oriented individual who enjoys assisting others in achieving success.
• Motivated, proactive, and ready to take on responsibilities promptly.
• A degree is not mandatory, but a background in human resources, business administration, psychology, operations, management, communications, or a related field is preferred.
• Previous experience in operations, administration, HR, hiring coordination, customer support, executive assistance, onboarding, training, or remote team coordination is beneficial but not essential for exceptional candidates.
