This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• Manage all employment modifications within our HRIS (BambooHR) and global PEOs across the US, UK, and Spain.
• Compile summaries of employment modifications to update payroll, collaborating closely with our Finance team.
• Oversee the recruitment process from beginning to end: drafting job descriptions, evaluating applications, screening candidates, coordinating interviews, and communicating updates internally and to candidates.
• Ensure adherence to internal policies and external compliance regulations in the US, UK, and Spain.
• Facilitate the onboarding and orientation of new team members to familiarize them with our operations.
• Foster our collaborative culture through various initiatives, both large and small.
• Tactfully escalate employee relations issues as necessary.
• Coordinate with service providers (IT, PEOs, background checks, etc.).
• Prepare meeting agendas and presentations as required.
• Generate and monitor consultant contracts.
• Accountable for ongoing enhancements in our processes and systems.
• At least 3 years of relevant professional experience, preferably in a dynamic and expanding company, social enterprise, or nonprofit sector.
• Proven ability to operate with flexibility, devise innovative solutions, and adapt to evolving situations.
• Strong sense of personal responsibility, punctuality, and meticulous attention to detail.
• Display compassion, composure, and professionalism.
• Genuine interest in climate, sustainability, or nature-based solutions.
