Director, Global People Systems

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Oversee the global People Systems division, ensuring peak performance, seamless integration, and effective use of HR technology, particularly focusing on Workday.

• Propel strategic initiatives, system upgrades, and process enhancements to bolster the company's worldwide People operations.

• Preference will be given to candidates located in the Eastern or Central U.S. time zones.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• At least 10 years of experience in HRIS, with considerable expertise in Workday.

• Demonstrated experience in leading global HRIS implementations and operations, including HR-centric data analytics functions.

• A strong grasp of HR processes and best practices, coupled with a proven ability to deliver effective people technology strategies.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and communication abilities.

• Capability to thrive in a fast-paced, global environment.
