This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Oversee and enhance the complete people function
• Take charge of an established recruiting team
• Accountable for attracting, hiring, onboarding, developing, and retaining outstanding talent
• Manage the company-wide hiring strategy and workforce planning
• Lead and nurture the internal recruiting team
• Enhance the quality, speed, and predictability of hiring
• Personally spearhead executive and leadership recruitment
• Create recruiting systems designed to support ambitious growth objectives
• Manage onboarding, offboarding, documentation, and internal policies
• Develop scalable people systems for a global workforce
• Assist department leaders with hiring plans and team configurations
• Recognize people-related risks before they escalate into operational issues
• Enhance the retention of top-performing employees
• 5-10+ years of experience in Talent Acquisition, People Operations, or Human Resources leadership
• Proven experience supporting organizations with 100+ employees
• Experience in leading recruiting teams and managing hiring operations
• Strong comprehension of people operations in remote or distributed environments
• Background in startups, agencies, or high-growth companies
• Excellent judgment and strong decision-making skills
• Proactive and ownership-oriented mindset
• Strong written and verbal communication abilities
• Comfortable working in dynamic environments characterized by ambiguity and rapid change
• Fully remote work environment
