📋 Description

• Collaborate with the executive team and functional leaders to establish a high-performance organization through effective organizational design, workforce planning, and addressing leadership requirements as the company expands.

• Establish clear hiring criteria, promotion guidelines, and talent benchmarks across various teams.

• Develop and refine our performance management philosophy.

• Mentor managers to set precise expectations, provide constructive feedback, and engage in challenging conversations with confidence.

• Oversee the operational framework that supports the company's growth, including benefits, compliance, investigations, employee relations, policies, and essential HR processes.

• Create streamlined systems that enhance business performance while maintaining agility within the organization.

⛳️ Requirements

• Experience in scaling a high-performing organization during rapid growth phases (for instance, from approximately 200 to over 500 employees).

• Extensive experience in coaching managers through performance management and challenging personnel decisions.

• Hands-on experience leading employee investigations, managing complex offboarding processes, and handling sensitive employee relations matters.

• Ability to discern when to implement processes and when to exercise flexibility.

• Earns the trust of both executives and individual contributors alike.

• Possesses outstanding judgment, discretion, and emotional intelligence.

• Demonstrates a strong commitment to fostering a culture of high performance rather than shying away from difficult conversations.

• Comfortable navigating between strategic leadership discussions and practical operational tasks.
