People Operations Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Act as the main operational HR liaison for designated client groups.

• Handle employee inquiries through People help and communication channels, directing complex issues to the suitable People Partner.

• Oversee employee lifecycle processes from start to finish, collaborating with relevant cross-functional teams.

• Maintain and refresh HRIS data for assigned client groups, ensuring to validate the downstream effects of employee record modifications.

• Assist in the implementation of People programs for the designated groups and prepare necessary employee-facing documentation.

• Perform regular audits to guarantee data accuracy and compliance within employee records.

• Conduct audits and clean employee data in anticipation of migration.

• Identify and highlight data inconsistencies or gaps for resolution.

• Execute data entry, validation, and quality assurance tasks as instructed by the project lead.

⛳️ Requirements

• 2–3 years of experience as an HR Generalist or in a comparable position.

• Practical experience with HRIS platforms (preferably HiBob and/or BambooHR) — proficient in data entry, report creation, and system navigation.

• Experience in technology companies within a fully remote, global setting.

• Strong attention to detail with a proven history of maintaining precise employee records.

• Capability to handle multiple workstreams and adapt to shifting priorities in a dynamic environment.

• Excellent professional communication skills — both written and verbal.

• Comfortable managing sensitive and confidential employee information.

• Experience collaborating cross-functionally with teams such as IT, Finance, and Payroll.
