• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee records within HRIS and internal tracking systems, guaranteeing timely updates.
• Monitor attendance, leave, and timesheet records, identifying discrepancies and aiding in payroll-related reporting.
• Assist with HR data audits and compliance checks to uphold accuracy and consistency.
• 1–3 years of experience in HR operations, HR administration, or roles related to People Ops.
• Exceptional attention to detail and a disciplined approach to managing data and documentation.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks concurrently.
• Proficiency in HRIS systems, spreadsheets, and workflows related to HR documentation.
• Effective communication skills coupled with a service-oriented approach.
• Capability to work with speed, precision, and confidentiality.
• Facilitate onboarding processes by preparing necessary documentation, coordinating system access, and ensuring Day 1 readiness with relevant teams.
• Assist with HR data audits and compliance checks to maintain accuracy and consistency.
• Aid in benefits administration, including insurance enrollment, updates, and claims coordination.
• Support offboarding processes, encompassing clearance procedures, removal of system access, tracking asset returns, and final documentation.
