People Operations Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Poland.

📋 Description

• Take charge of People Operations for a globally distributed workforce, managing employee inquiries, lifecycle changes, onboarding, offboarding, contracts, benefits, and HR systems.

• Collaborate with the broader People team to implement essential People programs, including performance evaluations, engagement surveys, compensation cycles, and probation tracking.

• Develop and enhance processes, workflows, programs, and self-service experiences to ensure they are clear, consistent, and user-friendly.

• Maintain accurate and valuable people data by overseeing BambooHR, supporting reporting efforts, and providing visibility to the team when necessary.

• Ensure core People Operations are compliant, organized, and ready for audits across systems, training, documentation, and employee records.

• Work closely with Finance, IT, People Partners, and external providers to ensure seamless payroll inputs, onboarding, EOR processes, and vendor management.

• Create more scalable and thoughtful People Operations as Masabi continues to grow, enhancing the employee experience during key moments in their lifecycle.

⛳️ Requirements

• You have experience in People Operations, HR Operations, or as an HR Generalist, and you are comfortable managing tasks from start to finish.

• You are proficient with systems, spreadsheets, and data, using them to maintain organization, identify patterns, and support decision-making processes.

• You actively seek ways to enhance operational efficiency and enjoy constructing processes, workflows, and straightforward solutions that facilitate scalability.

• You are hands-on and attentive to detail while retaining focus on the larger picture.

• You are proactive and self-motivated, noticing gaps and taking initiative to address them without waiting for direction.

• You demonstrate empathy and sound judgment in supporting individuals, particularly in sensitive or ambiguous situations.

• You are enthusiastic about leveraging automation, AI, or technology to streamline tasks and enhance the employee experience.

• You have experience in a technological or scaling environment where processes are still developing.

• You have familiarity with UK or EMEA employment practices.

• You are accustomed to HR systems such as BambooHR and can quickly adapt to new tools.

• You have experience supporting remote or globally distributed teams.

• You possess some exposure to vendor management, payroll inputs, benefits, or EOR models.
