People Operations, Automation Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Take ownership and optimize operational workflows for the People Team throughout the employee lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, changes, offboarding, and recurring HR processes.

• Design, develop, and sustain automations, integrations, and workflows across various HR tools.

• Identify, implement, and supervise AI systems and processes utilized by the People Team, focusing on governance, documentation, monitoring, and ongoing enhancement.

• Act as a subject matter expert for People Team tools, including configuration, permissions, and troubleshooting.

• Generate and maintain process documentation, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and self-service resources.

• Oversee data quality and operational controls to guarantee the integrity of employee data and prompt updates.

• Collaborate with different departments to coordinate cross-functional processes and minimize handoff friction.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR operations, People systems, business operations, or process improvement in a fast-paced setting.

• At least 1 year of substantial experience using platforms like Gemini, Claude, ChatGPT, Copilot, or similar tools.

• Proven ability to design and implement automations and workflow enhancements.

• Strong comprehension of integrations and data flows.

• Comfortable administering and optimizing HR technology.

• Capable of quickly learning new tools and troubleshooting issues with sound judgment.

• Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.

• Demonstrated history of improving data quality and operational reliability.

• Exceptional project management skills, including prioritization, stakeholder communication, and timely execution.

• A collaborative, service-oriented mindset.

• Ability to translate employee and business requirements into scalable processes.

• Competence in handling sensitive information confidentially while maintaining integrity and a compliance-oriented perspective.

• Capability to responsibly incorporate AI tools into daily tasks.
