This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Illinois, +2 more states.

📋 Description

• Serve as a trusted advisor to regional leaders within the Central Region business.

• Align workforce strategies with business objectives to enhance performance, engagement, and growth.

• Collaborate with business leaders to formulate and implement talent strategies.

• Develop succession pipelines and nurture internal talent.

• Assist in workforce planning and organizational design.

• Coach leaders on performance management, engagement, and team effectiveness.

• Offer guidance on employee relations issues and risk management.

• Lead talent reviews, performance management processes, and development planning initiatives.

• Collaborate with Learning & Development to provide effective learning solutions.

• Ensure consistency with compensation programs and regional strategies.

• Identify and address potential future talent shortages.

• Cultivate relationships across business units and work with Centers of Excellence.

• Co-create actionable solutions to meet business needs.

• Utilize data and insights to guide decision-making.

• Spearhead cross-functional HR projects and initiatives focused on continuous improvement.


⛳️ Requirements

• Must be bilingual in Spanish.

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.

• Over 5 years of progressive experience in HR/People Partner roles.

• HR certification (SHRM-CP, SHRM-SCP, or equivalent) is preferred.

• Strong business insight and a data-driven approach.

• Excellent influencing, communication, and stakeholder management abilities.

• Capability to coach senior leaders effectively.

• Demonstrated success in building partnerships across all organizational levels.

• In-depth understanding of financial implications, risks, and levers related to talent decisions.

• Comfort working in a dynamic, fast-paced, and highly matrixed environment.

• Strong analytical skills and effective project management capabilities.

• Ability to work independently and take initiative.

• Must reside in Illinois, Missouri, or Texas.

• Willingness to travel up to 25% of the time.
