People Operations Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in California.

📋 Description

• Collaborate with the People Ops team to establish and uphold processes related to talent acquisition, employee lifecycle, professional development programs, talent management, onboarding, and data integrity.

• Manage daily People operations, ensuring effective implementation of policies, procedures, compliance, and fostering a strong company culture.

• Assist in the daily administration of our People programs, encompassing support for the entire employee lifecycle from onboarding to offboarding.

• Act as an internal resource to help team members address employee needs, utilizing external resources when necessary.

• Serve as a primary point of contact for staff to raise concerns, inquiries, or provide feedback.

• Aid in the identification and implementation of efficient benefit administration and HR processes to enhance the employee experience.

• Function as a first line of support for employees.

• Ensure the accuracy and efficiency of HR management systems.

• Contribute to maintaining a cohesive and inclusive company culture in a remote setting.

• Lead the onboarding process and new hire orientations.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a People Operations or Human Resources position.

• Comprehensive understanding of HR best practices, including recruitment, compliance, and performance management.

• Familiarity with federal, state, and local employment laws.

• Demonstrated ability to cultivate a culture that promotes employee growth and development.

• Strong adaptability in both written and verbal communication.

• Experience with HRIS, benefit administration, and ATS platforms (experience with Rippling is advantageous!).

• Excellent partnership skills within the People organization and with cross-functional teams.
