This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Take charge of the complete People Operations cycles across the organization for over 500 full-time employees.
• Oversee the HR technology stack utilized in People Operations, including tools like Rippling, Lattice, Carta, and Cocoon.
• Act as the operational project manager for People initiatives that necessitate coordinated efforts.
• Manage and analyze People Operations data and reporting. Use AI to highlight trends in headcount, attrition, engagement, and benefits usage.
• Redesign the onboarding experience for new hires from the ground up.
• Enhance the HR help desk experience by assessing the current system and introducing AI automation.
• Take full responsibility for the operations of the benefits program, including complete oversight of open enrollment.
• Maintain relationships with brokers, carriers, and vendors for perks.
• Identify opportunities for AI automation to streamline manual or high-touch processes within People Operations.
• Managed a comprehensive scope of People Operations or HR at a company with over 300 employees, executing multiple concurrent programs across benefits, lifecycle, and performance with minimal supervision.
• Utilized AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, or workflow automation platforms like Zapier or Make) to effectively reimagine HR workflows.
• Experienced in operating within a diverse, distributed workforce, including multi-country operations, a mix of full-time employees and contractors, or hybrid/remote setups, with a clear understanding of the compliance and process intricacies involved.
• Proven experience in managing high-visibility, company-wide processes (such as open enrollment, performance reviews, or merit cycles) from start to finish.
• Advanced user of Rippling or a similar HRIS platform, possessing in-depth knowledge in reporting, workflow configuration, permission management, and integration oversight.
