This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate innovative concepts for Employee Resource Group initiatives
• Create content for internal communications
• Assist with the upcoming transition of the CivicScience intranet to a new system
• Investigate creative and responsible methods to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into workflows and internal systems
• Compose job descriptions for essential positions
• Shape and revise new hire policies and procedures
• Contribute to the development of training, learning, and onboarding resources for new hires
• Understanding of human resources best practices and communication principles
• Capability to articulate ideas effectively and convincingly
• Strong written communication skills, including flawless grammar
• Eligibility to earn college credits for this unpaid internship
• Background in human resources, communications, or business programs (preferred)
