People Operations – HR Analytics Generalist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Colombia.

📋 Description

• Manage ongoing workforce and headcount reporting.

• Update executive dashboards and workforce summaries.

• Cleanse and verify employee data across various systems.

• Create Excel reports utilizing pivots, lookups, and formulas.

• Assist in policy implementations and enhancements to HR processes.

• Leverage AI tools to accelerate analysis and documentation.

• Identify deficiencies in reporting and suggest enhancements.

⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience as an HR generalist or in people operations.

• Proficient in advanced Excel techniques for managing large datasets.

• Regularly utilize workflows involving ChatGPT or Claude.

• Experience in workforce reporting or people analytics.

• Excellent written communication skills in English.

• Ability to work during U.S. Pacific business hours comfortably.
