People Operations Business Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in India.

• Champion PriceLabs' culture and core values

• Collaborate with business leaders to cultivate high-performing teams

• Oversee the complete onboarding and offboarding processes

• Streamline onboarding workflows using AI technologies and HRIS integrations

• Work alongside leaders to address people-related disputes, decisions, and issues

• Develop and sustain automated dashboards for headcount, attrition, engagement, and compliance metrics

⛳️ Requirements

• 5–7 years of experience in People Operations or HRBP positions

• Bachelor's degree in HR, Psychology, Business, or a related discipline

• Understanding of labor laws and employee relations across various regions

• Hands-on experience with AI tools (such as Claude, ChatGPT, Gemini, Copilot, or comparable) in everyday HR tasks

• Proficient in advanced Excel or Google Sheets functionalities
