This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Oversee all functions related to People Operations, including benefit management, visa-related inquiries, and policy revisions.
• Maintain precise and current employee information within our HRIS (HiBob) and global payroll system (Deel).
• Manage the entire employee lifecycle, encompassing onboarding, internal procedures, offboarding, and enhancing employee experience.
• Continuously refine and automate People processes to boost efficiency and scalability.
• Exceptional interpersonal skills, coupled with a proactive approach to achieving results.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication abilities that reflect a high degree of professionalism.
• Highly organized and detail-oriented; adept at managing multiple projects and shifting priorities seamlessly.
• 1-3 years of experience in HR/People Operations/Administration, ideally in a high-growth tech company or startup.
