• Take charge of and manage the onboarding process for new employees, which includes systems access, equipment setup, documentation, and logistics for the first week.
• Ensure that new hires feel supported, informed, and prepared for success from their very first day.
• Oversee offboarding procedures with precision, empathy, and operational diligence.
• Collaborate across departments to guarantee secure and compliant transitions for employees.
• Assist in maintaining adherence to federal and state employment regulations.
• Aid in managing documentation, I-9 verification, and ensuring readiness for audits.
• Ensure accuracy of employee data across HR and People systems.
• Contribute to enhancing operational workflows and process documentation within the People function.
• Work alongside recruiters and hiring managers to facilitate interviews and assist with candidate communications.
• Help create a thoughtful and organized experience for candidates.
• Support initiatives for employee engagement, internal events, team communications, and offsite activities.
• Provide day-to-day support for People Operations throughout the organization.
• Coordinate employee equipment, software access, and manage operations with People-related vendors.
• Assist with tracking invoices, handling renewals, and managing operational logistics.
• Help ensure organization and consistency in operations across People programs and processes.
• 2–5 years of experience in People Operations, Recruiting Coordination, HR Administration, Operations, or similar support roles.
• Background in fast-paced or rapidly growing environments.
• Excellent organizational and project management capabilities.
• High level of attention to detail and strong commitment to follow-through.
• Ability to juggle multiple priorities and manage operational workflows concurrently.
• Strong communication abilities coupled with a customer-service oriented approach.
• Capacity to handle sensitive information with professionalism and confidentiality.
• Familiarity with HR and recruiting systems such as Ashby, Gusto, Deel, Notion, Rippling, or comparable platforms.
