• Assist with onboarding and offboarding procedures to ensure a seamless experience for employees.
• Organize logistics for new hires, including documentation, system access, and communication efforts.
• Maintain employee records and organizational information within the Human Resource Information System (HRIS).
• Support employee transitions such as promotions, compensation updates, and organizational restructuring.
• Aid in the administration of key People programs, including performance evaluations, engagement surveys, learning initiatives, and employee events.
• Assist with the documentation and upkeep of People policies, processes, and internal resources.
• Help facilitate recurring operational workflows, reporting, and process management.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with Finance, IT, Talent Acquisition, and business leaders regarding employee-related processes.
• Assist with audits, compliance monitoring, and policy acknowledgments.
• Ensure accurate maintenance of employee data and reporting.
• Coordinate operational support for international employees and Employer of Record (EOR) processes where necessary.
• Identify areas for enhancing efficiency, employee experience, and operational scalability.
• Assist in creating documentation and standard operating procedures for recurring People Operations workflows.
• Contribute to establishing a robust operational foundation for a growing organization.
• 2–5 years of experience in People Operations, Human Resources, Recruiting Operations, or business operations.
• Strong organizational capabilities with exceptional attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple workflows and priorities concurrently.
• Comfortable handling sensitive and confidential information with professionalism and discretion.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Prior experience in fast-paced or high-growth environments is preferred.
• Familiarity with HRIS platforms and common People systems is preferred.
• A proactive, solution-oriented attitude with a willingness to assist wherever necessary.
