• Manage the preboarding process: coordinating equipment, access, and documentation to ensure a smooth start for every new hire.
• Provide support to Humanders with day-to-day inquiries related to internal processes and policies.
• Keep HR databases, reports, and records updated and organized.
• Assist with operational HR tasks, paying close attention to detail and focusing on each individual's experience.
• Coordinate interviews and track the selection processes.
• Collaborate on the implementation of workplace climate and well-being initiatives.
• Organize internal events and integration activities.
• Actively participate in cross-functional projects within the HR team.
• Advanced student or graduate in Human Resources, Labor Relations, or related fields.
• Approximately 1 year of experience in HR, recruiting, or people operations. (mandatory)
• Advanced English proficiency. You will interact daily with individuals from different countries. (mandatory)
• Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Initiative and curiosity.
