• Support during the first months
• Assist in initiatives related to culture, engagement, and internal communication (recognition, team dynamics, employer branding)
• Coordinate logistics for training and internal dynamics
• Monitor climate and conduct performance evaluations and feedback processes
• Address basic team queries regarding policies, processes, and tools
• Identify opportunities for improvement and automation
• Assist in structuring simple, clear, and efficient processes
• Support in the implementation of HR tools and reporting
• Degree in Human Resources, Labor Relations, Organizational Psychology, or a Master's in Human Resources
• Operational English proficiency
• Minimum of 1 year of experience in HR managing contracts, vacations, leaves, work schedules, and labor documentation
• Proficient in competency-based interviews and behavioral evaluation
• Good command of digital tools (Excel, Zoho CRM, sourcing on LinkedIn)
• Experience with automation tools is a plus
• Experience in remote environments is valued
