This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Spain.

📋 Description

• Act as the bridge between the mission of Product Hackers and its talent.

• Ensure that every internal interaction adds value.

• Attract top-tier profiles that resonate with our core values.

• Transform every phase of the employee lifecycle—from hiring to offboarding—into an agile, tech-driven, and profoundly human process.

• Lead 1:1 sessions to serve as the emotional thermometer of the team.

• Understand underlying concerns and instill confidence in uncertain situations.

• Translate feedback and metrics (eNPS, climate surveys) into tangible initiatives that enhance daily operations based on evidence.

• Serve as strategic support for managers.

• Ensure that internal communications are delivered in a friendly and transparent manner.

⛳️ Requirements

• Proven experience (3-5 years) in technical recruitment and people operations (Tech/Consultancy environments).

• Assertive communication skills and high emotional intelligence to manage difficult conversations with composure.

• You don’t wait for a pre-defined task list; you possess the autonomy to identify improvement opportunities and the initiative to proactively execute them.

• You have a clear business vision and fully understand how your role directly impacts the scalability and growth of the company.

• You navigate the digital landscape with ease, feeling comfortable configuring ATS, HR software, and analyzing data to make evidence-based decisions.

• English proficiency at B1-B2 level.

• Reside in Spain.
