This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Mexico.
• Develop and implement the organization’s strategy for product knowledge management, ensuring it aligns with business goals and user requirements.
• Take ownership of and enhance both the external Knowledge Center and the internal Product Enablement Hub on a continuous basis.
• Supervise the creation, upkeep, and optimization of product documentation, training materials, and self-service resources.
• Ensure that all content is organized and optimized for compatibility with AI-driven knowledge assistants and self-service experiences.
• Effectively communicate the product's value propositions, advantages, best practices, and practical use cases.
• Work collaboratively with Product, Client Success, Onboarding, Support, Sales, and other cross-functional teams to pinpoint knowledge gaps and enhance content quality.
• Manage the product knowledge aspect of employee onboarding by designing structured learning pathways for new employees.
• Coordinate knowledge updates alongside product launches and feature enhancements.
• Establish governance, quality benchmarks, editorial guidelines, taxonomy, and content review workflows.
• Oversee and direct visual content contributions to ensure they align with brand and user experience standards.
• Assess knowledge engagement and content effectiveness, utilizing available analytics and feedback from stakeholders to drive enhancements.
• Lead and provide mentorship to team members involved in knowledge management and enablement.
• Bachelor’s degree in English, Communications, Journalism, or a similar field.
• 5+ years of experience in technical writing, editing, proofreading, documentation, or comparable areas.
• 3+ years of experience in content strategy, adult learning, project management, research, or knowledge management roles.
• Demonstrated experience in leading cross-functional projects and collaborating with subject matter experts.
• Experience in managing or mentoring teams within knowledge management, documentation, learning, or enablement roles.
• Strong command of Microsoft Word and solid proficiency in PowerPoint and Excel.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English.
• Strong organizational, project management, and stakeholder management abilities.
• Capacity to excel in fast-paced, collaborative, and dynamic environments.
• Nice to Have
• Professional proficiency in both English and Spanish.
• Experience in SaaS, fintech, wealth management, or related industries.
• Familiarity with adult learning principles, instructional design, or learning experience design.
• Experience in creating knowledge ecosystems that facilitate both employee enablement and customer education.
• Knowledge of analytics frameworks and tools for assessing content engagement and effectiveness.
• Understanding of AI-powered knowledge systems, chatbots, or large language models.
• Experience in establishing governance frameworks for documentation, terminology, taxonomy, and content standards.
• Experience in global or multicultural organizations.
