📋 Description

• Oversee the design and ongoing enhancement of learning experiences throughout the organization.

• Develop engaging digital, virtual, in-person, and blended learning solutions.

• Foster innovation in learning design, technology, and delivery methodologies.

• Guide the integration of AI-driven learning solutions and future skills initiatives.

• Craft impactful leadership and management development experiences.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to assess capability needs and establish development priorities.

• Utilize data and insights from colleagues to improve learning effectiveness.

• Define and evaluate the impact of learning interventions.

• Lead, mentor, and develop a team of learning professionals.

• Assist in significant business transformation and change initiatives.

• Promote a culture of continuous learning and development across Evri.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in Learning & Development, Organizational Development, or People Development.

• Proven experience in designing and executing large-scale learning programs.

• Strong proficiency in instructional design and learning experience design.

• Experience in leading and developing teams.

• Exceptional stakeholder management and influencing abilities.

• Strong project and program management skills.

• Familiarity with digital learning technologies and platforms.

• Ability to leverage data and insights to enhance learning outcomes.

• Excellent communication, facilitation, and presentation skills.

• Enthusiasm for innovation, colleague development, and building future capabilities.

• Desirable: Experience in implementing AI solutions within learning or people development.

• Desirable: Experience in facilitating organizational change and transformation.

• Desirable: Knowledge of learning experience platforms and AI-driven learning technologies.

• Desirable: CIPD or a relevant qualification in Learning & Development.
