People Data & Operations Partner

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Argentina.

📋 Description

• You will consolidate CookUnity's workforce data, systems, and operational procedures.

• You will develop the technical foundation that enables informed, scalable, and automated decision-making.

• Specifically, you will focus on embedding data-driven workforce strategies into essential business operations.

• By creating the dashboards, automation, and data infrastructure required, you will empower the People Partners to concentrate on enhancing experiences and coaching leaders.

• You will ensure data integrity, efficient processes, compensation accuracy, scalable systems, and analytical capabilities.

⛳️ Requirements

• Extensive experience in people analytics, HRIS management, business analytics, and/or compensation analysis.

• Proficient in utilizing generative AI to enhance output quality and efficiency.

• Familiarity with automation tools (such as n8n, Hex, or similar) and a proven track record of constructing multi-step workflows.

• Capability to write SQL queries or utilize data extraction tools for report generation.

• Inquisitive about the underlying reasons for data trends, not merely the surface-level findings.

• A proactive problem-solver who can identify potential issues before they hinder progress.

• Reliable and responsive—People Partners rely on the quality of your outputs.

• Open to receiving feedback and iterating on your work.

• Strong expertise in Excel/Google Sheets.

• Experience with HRIS platforms (such as Rippling, BambooHR, Workday, or similar)—experience with Rippling is an advantage.

• Comfortable with troubleshooting technical challenges and independently learning new tools.
