People & Culture Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Germany.

📋 Description

• You assist throughout the entire employee lifecycle – from onboarding to offboarding.

• You manage administrative and organizational responsibilities in daily HR operations.

• You prepare contracts and certificates while maintaining employee and applicant information in Personio.

• You support recruiting efforts from job postings to interview coordination.

• You identify qualified talent through various recruiting and sourcing channels.

• You collaborate closely with our departments to effectively meet personnel needs.

• You aid in the development and enhancement of our HR and recruiting processes.

• You contribute your ideas and are keen on gradually taking on more responsibilities.

• You have gained initial hands-on experience in HR, preferably in both recruiting and operational personnel management.

• You work in a structured, reliable, and independent manner.

• You possess a confident demeanor along with strong communication skills.

• You exhibit a high level of empathy, organizational talent, and service orientation.

• You are interested in modern HR processes, recruiting trends, and digital tools.

• Initial experience with Personio or similar HR systems is a plus.

• You are motivated to grow long-term and accept responsibility.

• You are a team player who enjoys collaborating to drive initiatives forward.
