This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Learning & Development: Enhance and support onboarding initiatives, focusing on the creation of scalable and self-directed learning materials.

• Coordinate Lunch & Learn events (topics, speakers, logistics).

• Collaborate with leaders to facilitate training and development programs in consulting skills.

• Assist with leadership development initiatives (e.g., Level Up).

• People Operations & Risk Mitigation: Provide backup support for essential P&C operations, encompassing U.S. payroll, international payroll, and general people processes.

• Assist with the management of leave of absence requests (FMLA, ADA, disability).

• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local regulations, collaborating with leadership as necessary.

• Aid in HR systems administration to guarantee data accuracy and optimization.

• Communications: Create and manage internal communications to support key initiatives and keep employees informed.

• Culture & Engagement: Promote DEI and employee engagement initiatives.

• Help in planning and executing team events, social programming, and networking opportunities.

• General HR Support: Act as a reliable resource for employee and manager inquiries.

• Collaborate with the People & Culture team on programs such as performance management, career development, and compensation initiatives.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in HR or People & Culture.

• Proven ability to remain highly organized, responsive, and engaged while working in a fully remote, fast-paced environment.

• Strong knowledge of employment laws and HR best practices.

• Exceptional organizational and communication abilities.

• Capability to manage multiple priorities with precision and attention to detail.

• Proactive attitude with a readiness to assist wherever necessary.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (including PowerPoint, Outlook, Word, and Excel).

• Solid understanding of state, local, and federal employment laws.
