• Take charge of scheduling interviews, maintaining ATS integrity, and ensuring a seamless candidate experience.
• Draft offer letters, contracts, conduct right-to-work verifications, and facilitate onboarding for new employees.
• Keep precise records in the HRIS (Bamboo) for joiners, movers, leavers, and contract modifications.
• Manage resources related to pensions, leave, Vitality, EAP, and Mental Health First Aiders.
• Assist in executing our Staff Engagement & Retention Plan, including 1:1 tracking, monthly pulse surveys, SLT coffee chats, and recognition digests.
• Employ AI tools daily to create communications, summarize meetings, and streamline routine workflows.
• Demonstrated experience in HR and/or recruitment coordination, either combined or across two previous roles.
• Exceptional organizational skills; capable of managing multiple deadlines and pipelines without needing reminders.
• Warm and human communication skills, both written and verbal, especially in sensitive or confidential contexts.
• Demonstrate discretion and sound judgment when handling employee and candidate information.
• Proficiency in digital tools, particularly ATS, HRIS (Bamboo or similar), and Microsoft 365.
• Confident in daily usage of AI assistants (Copilot, ChatGPT, Claude) for drafting, summarizing, and automating tasks.
• CIPD Level 3 or 5 is preferred but not mandatory.
