• Deliver strategic thought leadership and coaching to our executives in developing and scaling high-performing, ambitious teams.
• Provide coaching and guidance across all organizational levels on various aspects affecting employee experience, including performance management, team dynamics, rewards and recognition, and employee relations issues.
• Cultivate relationships while exemplifying and encouraging a culture of mutual accountability, constructive collaboration, and high-quality execution.
• Play a pivotal role in organization-wide initiatives and projects, such as workforce planning and enhancing organizational effectiveness.
• Collaborate with leaders to forecast headcount requirements and work alongside recruiting to ensure we attract the right talent.
• Lead and implement improvements in business practices/work processes to identify opportunities for maximizing and deploying our talent, ensuring that people-related initiatives yield ROI that contributes to organizational value and productivity.
• Partner with the broader People Ops team to implement all essential people processes related to compensation reviews, DEI, benefits, and learning & development programs.
• Serve as a trusted advisor and partner to ServiceTitan leaders on all matters related to people.
• Minimum of 5 years of HR business experience.
• At least 4 years of experience as a strategic HR business partner within a fast-paced scaling environment.
• Comprehensive experience across various HR disciplines, including employee relations, organizational design, performance management, and talent development.
• Ability to coach and influence both leaders and employees.
• A strong sense of curiosity and solid business acumen to proactively connect insights and make informed decisions with sound judgment.
• Utilization of AI technology in the recruitment process.
