• Contribute to global People initiatives across Karbon's six operating regions.
• Over 5 years of progressive HR experience, including some business partnering, with a solid generalist foundation.
• Previous experience in SaaS or high-growth technology sectors is crucial.
• Authentic understanding of GTM domain — possessing foundational knowledge of key metrics relevant to a Customer and Sales organization.
• A proactive partnering instinct is a must.
• Proven track record of establishing credibility at a senior level.
• Demonstrated capability to constructively challenge leaders.
• Data fluency — adept at crafting compelling narratives from people data.
• Practical experience with AI tools and agentic workflows.
• Strong comprehension of US employment law and HR compliance.
• A project-oriented individual known for achieving results across multiple initiatives simultaneously with minimal supervision.
• Experience in coaching senior leaders through organizational design decisions.
• Unquestionable integrity, high emotional intelligence, and personal maturity.
• A genuine curiosity about the future of work shaped by AI advancements.
