People and Culture Coordinator

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.

📋 Description

• Provide high-level administrative support to the Executive Director of People and Culture.

• Oversee internal operations while contributing to the culture and engagement initiatives throughout the organization.

• Assist in proactive calendar management, coordinate meetings, plan travel, and prepare materials for both internal and external engagements.

• Manage daily operations to enhance the effectiveness of the People and Culture team.

• Aid in the design and execution of culture-building initiatives, including retreats, team-building activities, internal celebrations, and engagement campaigns.

• Coordinate cross-functional projects, gather stakeholder input, and promote alignment across teams.

• Foster strong internal communication by supporting meetings, sharing timely updates, and managing shared documentation.


⛳️ Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in logistics planning and providing administrative support to executive leadership.

• Demonstrated ability to provide proactive, high-level support to executive leadership, including calendar management, meeting preparation, travel coordination, and confidential communications.

• Proven ability to manage logistics and day-to-day operations that enhance leadership effectiveness and team productivity.

• Proficient in polished internal communication and maintaining aligned, efficient workflows.

• Experienced in designing initiatives that promote connection and embody organizational values.

• Background in planning retreats, team-building events, and cultural celebrations that enhance engagement and a sense of belonging.

• Strong capability to collaborate across teams and functions to ensure alignment and progress towards shared objectives.

• Excellent skills in coordinating and supporting processes from planning through to execution.
