📋 Description

• Delivers HR support in a dynamic and complex global setting.

• Collaborates with management to implement, interpret, and enhance HR programs and initiatives.

• Strengthens cultural alignment within HR initiatives, including onboarding and performance management.

• Produces and supplies accurate documentation to various functions promptly.

• Works alongside functional leaders across global sites for employee evaluations and engagement.

• Oversees departmental communications concerning HR-related issues.

• Guarantees a positive onboarding experience for new hires.

• Analyzes employee turnover and exit interview data.

• Detects gaps and implements necessary adjustments.

• Stays informed about employment laws and best practices.

• Takes on additional responsibilities as assigned.


⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.

• Preferred HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, etc.).

• 8 years of HRBP or Generalist experience in a multi-state, global workforce.

• Proven ability to deliver customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders.

• Extensive knowledge and high comfort level with employee relations and regulations.

• Established capability to handle confidential information.

• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.

• Intermediate experience with HR systems.

• Dedication to promoting KLDiscovery’s cultural values.

• Exceptional verbal and written communication skills.
