• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related discipline.
• Preferred HR Certification (PHR, SPHR, SHRM-SCP, etc.).
• 8 years of HRBP or Generalist experience in a multi-state, global workforce.
• Proven ability to deliver customer service and support to both internal and external stakeholders.
• Extensive knowledge and high comfort level with employee relations and regulations.
• Established capability to handle confidential information.
• Proficient in Outlook, Excel, PowerPoint, and Word.
• Intermediate experience with HR systems.
