This is a fully remote position, open to applicants anywhere in the world.
• Serve as the People Analytics Data Steward, guaranteeing the governance, quality, and consistency of personnel data.
• Actively engage in the implementation of the data environment (Databricks / HR Data Mesh), aiding in the establishment of rules, structures, and integrations.
• Map, document, and standardize sources of HR data (including payroll, benefits, recruitment, etc.).
• Establish and monitor data quality standards (completeness, consistency, uniqueness, integrity).
• Act as a liaison between the business (HR) and technical teams (Data/IT), translating requirements into data specifications.
• Develop and sustain data automations and integrations across systems (HRIS, payroll, etc.).
• Ensure suitable data modeling and availability for analysis and reporting purposes.
• Aid in the development and enhancement of People Analytics metrics and analytical datasets.
• Oversee access controls, the data dictionary, and governance best practices.
• Provide continuous support and maintenance of the data environment post-deployment.
• Prior experience in People Analytics, HR data, or related fields.
• Understanding of data modeling and data governance principles.
• Experience with data integration processes between systems (ETL/ELT).
• Proficient in SQL for data manipulation and analysis tasks.
• Familiarity with data platforms (preferably Databricks, or similar platforms like Snowflake, BigQuery, etc.).
• Knowledge of Power BI.
• Acquainted with HR data structures (employee records, payroll, positions, movements, etc.).
• Experience in data quality management and the creation of validation rules.
• Nice to have: understanding of Data Mesh, contemporary data architectures, or data engineering.
• Nice to have: familiarity with Python or another programming language for data manipulation.
