People Analytics Analyst II

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop, maintain, and enhance ETL/ELT data pipelines that integrate various HR data sources.

• Design and uphold both relational and non-relational data models within a Data Warehouse/Data Lake to support employee lifecycle metrics.

• Automate data extraction processes to improve efficiency.

• Implement validation tests to guarantee data integrity, consistency, and reliability.

• Ensure adherence to data privacy regulations (LGPD) in HR databases and related pipelines.

• Create optimized views and tables for use by HR Analytics teams.

• Develop advanced dashboards as required.

• Document data sources, ETL workflows, data dictionaries, and People/HR business rules.

⛳️ Requirements

• Advanced proficiency in SQL, encompassing complex queries, data manipulation, query optimization, and the creation of tables/views.

• Intermediate to advanced experience with Python for automation, API integration, and data processing.

• Practical experience in building data integration pipelines and multidimensional modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake).

• Familiarity with cloud environments such as AWS, GCP, or Azure.

• Knowledge of Data Warehouse technologies including BigQuery, Snowflake, or Redshift.

• Experience with data visualization tools like Power BI, Tableau, or Looker.
