People Analytics Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Develop predictive and prescriptive models to forecast trends in turnover, engagement, and performance.

• Convert complex analyses into strategic insights and clear narratives for both leadership and clients.

• Streamline data collection, validation, and governance processes to ensure data quality and security.

• Perform benchmarking and track people-related KPIs to facilitate proactive decision-making.

⛳️ Requirements

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Statistics, Economics, Business Administration, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field. A postgraduate degree in People Analytics or Data Science is an advantage.

• Extensive experience with Power BI to develop interactive, dynamic dashboards focused on decision-making.

• Familiarity with Power Query for creating high-performance, repeatable ETL workflows.

• Proficient in using Power Automate to link systems (ERP, email, databases) and automate dataset updates.

• Skilled in SQL for data extraction, processing, and integration; proficiency in Python or R for statistical modeling, predictive analytics, and advanced analyses is preferred.

• Capable of transforming raw data into objective, clear, and compelling narratives, tailoring the language for non-technical audiences and ensuring insights prompt action.

• Proven experience in managing projects with multiple stakeholders, balancing various expectations, priorities, and deadlines with independence, effective communication, and a focus on delivering value.

• Proficiency in English is regarded as a plus.
