This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Accountable for the strategic direction and operational implementation of People Operations, Total Rewards, HR compliance, and governance of HR technology.
• Supervise HR Operations and HRIS resources, serving as the key leader responsible for ensuring scalable, compliant, and efficient people processes.
• Collaborate closely with executive leadership to enhance employee experience, operational efficiency, cost management, and organizational capability.
• Provide leadership and oversight for the organization's people infrastructure, encompassing HR Operations, compensation, benefits, compliance, and governance of HRIS.
• Ensure the effective delivery of HR services while maintaining regulatory compliance, optimizing technology and processes, and developing scalable programs that align with both employee and business objectives.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives, manage important vendor relationships, develop internal capabilities, and collaborate across the organization.
• Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
• A minimum of 7 years of progressive HR experience.
• At least 3 years of leadership experience.
• Experience in healthcare, insurance, or other highly regulated industries is preferred.
• Familiarity with Workday or other enterprise HRIS platforms is preferred.
• Knowledge of compensation and benefits programs is preferred.
• Experience in supporting compliance initiatives is preferred.
• SHRM-SCP, SPHR, CEBS, or comparable certifications are preferred.
• Experience with Lean, Six Sigma, or process improvement methodologies is preferred.
