This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United Kingdom.
• In collaboration with business leaders in your designated areas, you will offer practical, commercially oriented people advice throughout the entire employee lifecycle.
• You will establish trusted partnerships with managers, assisting them in navigating employee relations issues, organizational changes, workforce planning, and performance management, all while ensuring an outstanding employee experience.
• This role is diverse and fast-paced, requiring someone who thrives in ambiguous situations, balancing immediate operational priorities with long-term people initiatives, and delivering practical solutions to intricate people-related challenges.
• A Bachelor's degree in a relevant discipline or considerable equivalent experience.
• A minimum of five years' experience in an operational or generalist HR role.
• Extensive employee relations experience, with the ability and credibility to independently manage complex cases.
• Thorough understanding of UK employment legislation.
• Proven experience in implementing policies, procedures, and driving organizational change.
• Background in supporting organizational restructures, consultations, and TUPE transfers.
• Experience with contractor populations and knowledge of contractor compliance and IR35 regulations.
• Proficient in delivering training sessions and developing educational resources.
• Exceptional interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management abilities, with the capacity to influence and challenge constructively at all levels.
• Strong problem-solving capabilities and the skill to make pragmatic, well-balanced decisions.
• Ability to thrive in a dynamic environment where priorities may shift rapidly.
• An enthusiastic, motivated self-starter.
• Service-oriented, with a genuine enthusiasm for providing an exceptional experience for both managers and employees.
• Pragmatic and solutions-driven, capable of balancing commercial demands with people considerations.
