This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States.
• Generate innovative concepts for Employee Resource Group initiatives
• Create content for internal communication channels
• Assist in the transition of the CivicScience intranet to a new system
• Investigate creative and ethical methods to integrate artificial intelligence (AI) into workflows and internal systems
• Write job descriptions for essential positions
• Shape and revise new hire policies and procedures
• Assist in the development of training, learning, and onboarding tools for new employees
• Familiarity with human resources best practices and communication strategies
• Capability to express ideas clearly and convincingly
• Exceptional written communication skills, including flawless grammar
• Must be eligible to receive college credits for this unpaid internship
• Preferred educational background in human resources, communications, or business programs
