Pension and Social Security Manager

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Brazil.

📋 Description

• Oversee the pension and social security division, ensuring technical excellence, operational efficiency, and value generation for clients.

• Lead a team of analysts and consultants, promoting professional growth and high performance.

• Act as a technical authority on pension and social security topics, including INSS, social security contributions, offsets, reviews, planning, and recovery opportunities.

• Guarantee the technical quality of outputs, risk management, and adherence to deadlines.

• Discover opportunities for savings and recovery of social security credits.

• Keep track of legislative and regulatory changes.

• Execute process enhancements and efficiency improvements.

⛳️ Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Law, Accounting, Business Administration, Economics, or a relevant field.

• Significant experience in corporate pension and social security issues.

• Prior experience in team management.

• Extensive knowledge of social security legislation and compliance requirements.

• Experience with offsets, credit recovery, or pension and social security planning.

• Comprehensive understanding of eSocial.
