Pediatric Sales Specialist

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Virginia.

📋 Description

• Accountable for the promotion, management, and expansion of Abbott Pediatric Nutritional products within hospital and office environments.

• Establishing and supporting sales objectives in each hospital and office service area for Similac and PediaSure.

• Engaging in hospital negotiations and contract management.

• Possessing comprehensive knowledge of all products, clinical studies, protocols, and guidelines, along with the capability to convey this information effectively in a sales context.

• Coordinating new product launches.

• Understanding the structure of hospital departments such as NICU, Pediatrics, Pharmacies, Purchasing, PICU, Nurseries, and Nursing units.

• Demonstrating the ability to collaborate effectively with Dietitians, Physicians, and Nurses.

• Exhibiting strong administrative skills.

• Managing budgets efficiently.

• Capable of functioning independently with a high level of initiative, autonomy, and independence.

• Aiming to be self-driven, actively pursuing success in achieving both short-term and long-term goals.

⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales experience combined with clinical experience (Registered Dietitians and Registered Nurses).

• Proven stability and success in sales.

• Recognized as a subject matter expert with strong business acumen.

• Familiarity with hospital settings, particularly in pediatrics, is a plus.
