This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New York.

📋 Description

• Developing and supporting sales objectives within each hospital and office service area for Similac and PediaSure.

• Conducting hospital negotiations and contracts.

• Demonstrating comprehensive knowledge of all products, clinical studies, protocols, and guidelines, as well as the ability to convey this information in a sales context.

• Managing new product launches.

• Understanding the hierarchy of hospital departments, including NICU, Pediatrics, Pharmacies, Purchasing, PICU, Nurseries, and Nursing units.

• Collaborating effectively with Dietitians, Physicians, and Nurses.

• Possessing strong administrative skills.

• Managing budgets efficiently.

• Functioning independently with a high level of initiative, self-reliance, and autonomy.

• Demonstrating a desire to be self-motivated, actively pursuing success in achieving both short-term and long-term goals.


⛳️ Requirements

• A Bachelor's degree is required.

• A minimum of 2 years of healthcare sales experience combined with relevant clinical experience (Registered Dietitians and Registered Nurses).

• A track record of stability and proven success in sales.

• Expertise in the subject matter with strong business acumen.

• Familiarity with hospital environments, particularly in pediatrics, is advantageous.
