Pediatric Neuropsychologist – Contract

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in New Jersey, +3 more states.

📋 Description

• Provide remote virtual neuropsychological assessments for children and young adults who are experiencing neurodevelopmental, social, and educational challenges.

• Perform fully remote neuropsychological evaluations for pediatric clients with autism spectrum disorders, ADHD, and various learning differences.

• Conduct virtual intake interviews and interactive feedback sessions with caregivers.

• Convert clinical findings into clear, actionable recommendations for families and educational institutions.

• Collaborate with tele-psychometrists for test scoring.

• Offer expert diagnostic consultations to internal therapists, prescribers, and care coordinators.

• Prepare comprehensive and timely diagnostic reports and EMR documentation, ensuring compliance with clinical quality and payer standards.

• Contribute to the development of personalized treatment plans that address intricate behavioral and cognitive profiles.

⛳️ Requirements

• Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology or School Psychology from an APA/CPA-accredited program.

• Completion of a two-year post-doctoral fellowship in Pediatric Neuropsychology.

• Active, unrestricted Psychologist license in PA, VA, NJ, MD, or a commitment to obtain multi-state licensure.

• Over one year of post-licensure experience in conducting pediatric neuropsychological evaluations.

• A private, quiet, HIPAA-compliant home office equipped with a high-speed, dedicated internet connection.

• Extensive clinical experience in evaluating complex neurodevelopmental and social-emotional issues in children.

• Proficiency in building rapport with children via video conferencing.

• Familiarity with digital assessment tools such as Q-interactive and EMRs.

• Strong skills in report writing and timely clinical documentation.

• Ability to work collaboratively within a multidisciplinary, whole-child care framework.

• Experience with telehealth testing is preferred.

• ABCN board certification or board eligibility is highly preferred.
