This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in Serbia.
• Act as the primary point of contact for designated patient concierge projects for CRO and sponsor clients, trial sites, vendors, and internal business units.
• Supervise the daily execution and finalization of patient concierge projects in alignment with clinical SOPs, GCP, and regulatory standards.
• Deliver project-specific training to PCS coordinators and monitor their performance.
• Participate in project transition and client kickoff meetings to comprehend study indications, patient demographics, budgets, deliverables, and timelines.
• Collaborate with PCS Concierge Coordinators to establish trial environments within the PatientGO® portal.
• Spearhead the development and translation of site, ethics, and patient-facing materials.
• Guide clients on the setup and management of travel and expense reimbursement policies.
• Oversee project budgets, forecasts, invoices, reconciliations, scope modifications, and change orders.
• Manage external vendors in accordance with service-level and contractual agreements.
• Conduct monthly project evaluations, report progress, and escalate risks and issues to senior management.
• Foster collaboration opportunities with the Research Nursing and Medical Imaging divisions.
• Organize and distribute expense reimbursement materials and patient welcome packages.
• Maintain project communications with internal teams, clients, clinical trial sites, and vendors.
• Review and endorse project timesheets in relation to visit trackers and budget allowances.
• Engage in face-to-face meetings with clients and vendors, requiring both domestic and international travel.
• Support the development and expansion of the Patient Concierge Services team.
• Keep project oversight trackers and business continuity measures updated.
• Experience, skills, and/or education equivalent to the outlined qualifications may be considered.
• Familiarity with clinical SOPs, Good Clinical Practice (GCP), and relevant regulatory requirements.
• Capability to manage patient concierge projects throughout the clinical trial process from handover to completion.
• Proficiency in managing project budgets, forecasts, invoices, reconciliations, and change orders.
• Competence in overseeing external vendors in line with service-level and contractual obligations.
• Ability to prepare project reports and escalate any risks and issues.
• Skillful in using the PatientGO® portal and project oversight trackers.
• Aptitude to coordinate with clients, CROs, sponsors, clinical trial sites, vendors, Finance, IT, and internal business units.
