• Conduct preliminary file investigations to ascertain the cause and specifics related to a P&C claim, qualifying it for further recovery actions.

• Collect pertinent documents to bolster recovery initiatives.

• Extract vital file components from documents and online databases.

• Possess the ability to analyze file information and assess its relevance.

• Strong communication and organizational capabilities, with potential interaction with the client’s personnel.

• Proficient typing skills are essential.

• Capability and judgment to implement processes and procedures effectively.

• Must be self-driven with the ability to generate creative solutions or concepts that influence straightforward, routine tasks.
