
Payroll/Time and Attendance Analyst

This is a fully remote position, open to applicants in United States, +1 more state.
• Manage payroll transactions, time and attendance records, and employee data across various systems.
• Review, input, and verify time transactions and associated data within ADP systems.
• Investigate, confirm, and rectify instances of overpayments and underpayments.
• Offer support to employees and managers concerning payroll and time-related inquiries.
• Administer and resolve cases via the case management system in line with internal service level agreements (SLAs).
• Identify and create procedures and policies aimed at enhancing operational efficiency.
• Assist stakeholders with new or improved programs.
• Compile simple to moderate payroll or time reports for internal payroll validation purposes.
• Troubleshoot and resolve payroll and time issues with both internal teams and external clients.
• Comply with internal and vendor SLAs.
• Lead time and attendance change requests from the requirements stage through to production.
• Engage in projects and enhancements from development to production, including system upgrades and new configurations.
• High School diploma or GED.
• At least two (2) years of experience in time and attendance.
• Payroll experience is preferred.
• Strong analytical thinking and attention to detail.
• Familiarity with Service Now case management and/or other case management tools is preferred.
• Excellent time management and organizational skills; ability to effectively juggle multiple tasks.
• Strong collaboration and communication abilities.
• Experience in implementing operational process improvements.
• Background in project management.
• Advanced proficiency in Word and Excel, including V-lookups and pivot tables.
• Familiarity with payroll tools.
• Experience with Workday, ADP eTime, Workforce Manager, Kronos, Replicon, or local time systems.
• Visa sponsorship is not available.
• A BA/BS degree is a notable asset.
